Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and availability.

Many of our products are made or prepared to order, so additional processing time may be required before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Hero3DPrintLab is not responsible for shipping carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Hero3DPrintLab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International shipping and customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
