We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

3D-Printed Items

Returns are accepted on all 3D-printed items. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Die-Cast Items

All die-cast item sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on die-cast items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
